Thinking about starting a mobile bar for weddings & events

Hi all, as the title says really.

I have been working within the bar industry for the past 10 years and now want my own venture. While I don’t think a new bar in my town is feasible, I like the idea of a mobile bar that can pitch up at fairs etc and also do weddings. The same bar can also then go to winter events as a mulled wine bar etc. it’s something I’ve dreamed about for years - trouble is i haven’t got a clue where to start? I haven’t got the capital to buy a horse box/van and convert it without a loan, and if I took out a loan I risk not having the income to pay the loan back while I’m converting the trailer and touting for business. Ultimately for weddings etc I expect I’d be working on a premise of not having the work for at least a year in advance (but understand deposits etc would cover some costs).

Just would be grateful for some initial thoughts on how I could get started?
