Trintellix to Zoloft

I was just prescribed Zoloft a few days ago and have been afraid to take it. I took Trintellix for 6 months. Only 5mg. I did decide to move to 10mg and was on 10 for 2 weeks and had to go back down to 5mg. I am currently day 8 of not taking Trintellix and my doctor says I do not need to taper and can start Zoloft ASAP. I am waiting for 2 weeks to make sure what symptoms I am currently experiencing is related to withdraw and not Zoloft. However, from what I have read I am really afraid to take it. I definitely do not need an increase anxiety and I have been dizzy off and on for 2 weeks. I am at a loss as to what to do. If I even should start another med.
