I and other players have been dealing with this issue since launch. Two weeks ago I sent the bug report email, but have never received a response; others have expressed the same experience. I’m aware there are plenty of high priority bugs the devs are tackling, but for players like myself, this one is pretty significant.

My son has been grinding hard on my Steam/NetEase account (and paid for an annual membership, unlocked some skins, and purchased some cosmetics), but now he can’t access any of that on Xbox.

This wouldn’t be such a big deal if it was just me, but my son is part of a competitive esports team that primarily plays on Xbox. Without access to the account on XBox, he’s missing out on ranked matches and can’t keep up with the rest of his team. Pretty disheartening when he sees his friends advancing while he’s stuck on the sidelines.

I get that there was a disclaimer about potential issues when linking accounts, but losing access to paid content, being unable to participate in ranked with his esports team, and not having any clear info on if or when it might be resolved is pretty deflating. At this point, I’d just love to know if the devs are aware of this and if there’s any idea when this issue will be resolved.

Fragpunk is genuinely one of our favorite games, and we’re eager to get back in the fight — especially with ranked grind season heating up. If anyone in the community can upvote or share this to get the devs’ attention, it would mean a lot. Thanks to everyone who can help, and much love to the Fragpunk team.

Appreciate any insight or update, even if it’s just a quick “we’re aware and working on it.” Thanks, devs!
