Can a pitcher receive 2 blown saves in the same game?

Last night the Red Sox lost in the 11th inning after scoring in both the 10th and the 11th. Greg Weissert entered in the 10th inning with a 1-run lead. He allowed the tying run and was credited with a blown save in the 10th. After the Red Sox scored again in the 11th Weissert was left in and gave up a walk-off 3-run home run to be credited with the loss in the 11th. Had the Cubs tied the game as opposed to winning it would Weissert have been credited with a second blown save in the same game? Tried to do some quick research but can't find a clear answer.
