Doubt regarding meaningful experiences chosen
I chose swimming (only at NJCAA level, but transformative nonetheless), infectious disease research I did in graduate school, and a garden food insecurity project I started (has essentially been my sole focus for community service for past few years aside from service events done beforehand through premed club in undergrad). I have been able to write about the transformative nature of these experiences from a place of sincerity. Still, my apprehension is that there isn't one of these that is explicitly clinical. To be clear, I have plenty of clinical experience to draw from, primarily through scribing and PCT, but back when I listed all my activities, the three I listed above just spoke to me and definitely helped me develop some of the core competencies (AAMC). But now that we're getting closer to submitting primaries, I'm second-guessing myself. Thoughts?
