First year life sci & Physics

Question

Hey guys! Im planning on attending Life Sci in the fall and I'm very excited. My only issue is that I don't have a strong background in physics. Im confident in my bio, chem, and calc skills, however I know near nothing about physics being that I took it in the summer and remember next to nothing. Does anyone have any tips about first year physics? What are some resources that I can look at over the summer? Ive heard some people say that first year courses start with the basics, but that it progresses quickly and that its better to have at least some background knowledge. Any advice? I appreciate any insight, thank you!!
