Small garage leak on exterior wall
I bought this house last year and didn't move in until summer so I missed the rainy spring. However this spring we've had a lot of rain and I noticed a small leak in my garage last night.
Looks like the previous owners did some repair/patching based on the looks.
\I watched for a while where the water was coming out of. It was hard to tell but I believe one of the small holes/gaps about halfway up.
Any simple DIY fix or should I get someone to look at this? Last year I did raise the flower beds on this wall about 4 inches to try to keep water away from the house.
