How to get everything to start/stop together?

I have 2 x Pigments and 1 x Playbeat going, but depending on what is clicked on, either will be triggered - but not both. How do I set this up?

In case that's not clear, if I click on the Ableton window, Pigments will start and stop, but Playbeat will not. I have to click on its window to get it to start and stop.
