Good budget computer for storage, file transfer, and occasional photo video editing? Nothing crazy but reliable

Looking to transfer all my videos and pictures from a couple of phones and make albums to organize and clear space on my phone. Any advice on a decent laptop. Budget is open just don't want to over spend on features im not going to need like professional folks. Just some mild video/picture editing would be the most ile do.
