Looking to move to Ireland with family – seeking advice on work visa and sponsorship

Hello everyone, My partner and I are planning to move from Albania to Ireland to start a new life with our 5-month-old baby. Life in Albania has become increasingly difficult, and we are hoping to find work and a better future.

I have an MBA degree and can understand English well, although I’m still hesitant to speak fluently. My partner is skilled in manual labor, electrical work, plumbing, and other physical jobs.
