Whoop return

Hey everyone. I’m trying to return my whoop 5.0 mg and my whoop trial of 4.0 but not sure how. The instructions online don’t seem to reflect what I see in app and I sent them a ticket but haven’t gotten a response. Could anyone know how to fix this? Again no hate to the whoop or the ecosystem, just trying to look at other options and experiment before going fulls hand on with whoop for a year.
