On the market for a new instant pot

Hi I'm looking to purchase a new Instant Pot to replace my Starfrit electric pressure cooker. I really wanted a 3 qt but for some reason, that model is really limited in Canada. Every store I checked says it's been discontinued. Anyone know what that's about?

My alternate option is the Rio 6 qt which is on clearance at Walmart right now. But I'm seriously questioning the quality because it's on clearance. Would I regret purchasing it?

Ps. We have an 8 qt Instant Pot as well which is staying, but wanting to add a smaller size so I can cook smaller batches.
