so where CAN we camp in the Smokies?

Seems like every single campground in the smoky mountain national park/surrounding area is closed indefinitely… we’re big fans of Cosby but does anyone have any suggestions for campgrounds or dispersed sites in the surrounding areas? We have a jeep top tent so need to be able to park on site. Would prefer to avoid heavy off roading, dirt or gravel is fine.
