One year old very sick with c@v;d symptoms different from rest of family’s

Vomited once last night, high-ish fever, then non stop diarrhea since 6 last night (noon next day now). Is grinning breast milk pretty often, and ate a small but not insignificant amount of food earlier.

Concerning me is that the rest of us only got respiratory symptoms and bad headaches.

Anyone else find baby present first time with this virus this way?
