Continuous oppression

I just need to vent, as I have no one to talk to. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had experienced significant harassment for several years at my place of employment. I was then recently removed from the organization, with no warning. However, as an expert, I gave so much of my time and knowledge to a given project, and was axed a month before it was set to published, erasing me from this work. While I was offered severance, it was very meager relative to my situation. I know this all happened because my manager is competitive with me among other racially motivated hostility in the organization. I then thought the funders of the work, with whom I had collaborated for two years, would be open to crediting me on the products, but I got a brush-off email from them. I hope they do not report me to my organization for reaching out to them for help. I'm just trying to process everything because there has been so much intentional abuse and denial/removal of opportunities, both for me, and several other minority colleagues who have been ousted, but I can't afford legal action right now. I do not care about the loss of the job, but the intellectual exploitation happens so often, and it sucks to always be exploited and never be suppprted due to my race. Anyway, rant over. I just thought to share with a community that's likely to understand at least parts of this issue.
