Being held down while asleep

In the spiritual world, what does it mean to be held down while sleeping? I have had this happen before but it was SO long ago. The times before last night I was unable to scream or move, this time I was unable to scream or move at first then it was like I broke away fairly quickly, I even screamed out “no!” And woke myself and husband up. I’ve got a lot in life going on right now, not sure if this is just stress or something more spiritual going on. Would love anyone’s insight or thoughts.
