Looking for first time travel recommendations

Hello all, my girlfriend and I both really want to go to a tropical resort with nice water, one that has many fun activities at the resort. Like maybe underwater exploration, jet ski rentals are a big one for me, some land activity’s and more of the more basic but fun stuff.

Any suggestions are appreciated, preferably on the more budget side of things. TIA
