Prosper advice

Looking for potential cuts/adds and any deck building advice for this prosper brew. Anything that I missed or MUST be added for this commander at bracket 3?

I think the deck may need another win con outside of drain and I'm considering adding exsanguinate / torment of hailfire. I'm curious how other prosper decks tend to win as my approach with this deck is mostly focused on lots of cast from exile and then ping / burn effects.
