My father wont let me get a debit card.

This is a throwaway, so tell me if im posting this in the wrong subreddit or smn

I am 13, and have 300CHF saved in cash. I wish for a debit card/bank account since I have worries i might lose my wallet and/or my money. In my country, I can make one on my own, without parental authorization, but I don't want to do it behind his back, as I am scared he'll overreact, as he often does. My mother is perfectly fine with me having an account and is aware of the situation, even suggesting that my brother opens one for me, which I am considering but am still scared of. He is often controlling to me and my siblings about anything financially related, even entirely forbidding my family of online purchases. How do I convince him? Whenever I confront him about this, he comes up with an excuse for me to leave him alone and not mention it.
