Curious about Anomaly

Hey so I've played rimworld for about a year or two I've racked up nearly 1000 hours, I've had all of the DLCs except for Anomaly I've seen many people say it's the worst DLC, I just wanted to know what it's about, what you do, is it fun and is it worth it?
