Would a 5900XT pair better with a 7900XT or 9070XT?

First of all, Nvidia has pissed me off for the last time. While my experience with AMD in the past has been mixed (Athlon and Ryzen good, Radeon .... not great), it's time to convert to Team Red.

I can't afford over $1k for a GPU, but I am back and forth between these two cards at current pricing. Which would you recommend for some mid-duty gaming at 1440p, and a little bit of 4k video editing here and there? The rest of the build is as follows:

-ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI-II -AMD Ryzen 9 5900XT cpu (as stated above) -64 GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 3600 DDR4 -Corsair AX860 PSU -Corsair FRAME 4000D RS case -Crucial P3-Pro 1tb M.2 SSD -Samsung 970 EVO 1tb SATA SSD (2x) -Magwell Pro Capture Dual HDMI card

...halp. I went from a 1070 8gb to a 3060 OC 12gb, and it still ain't enough.
