Would you use narcan on someone who is clearly an addict?

Drugs & Alcohol

Was walking in downtown with my coworker and this homeless man (most definitely high) was walking straight towards us and body checked my friend. Afterwards he kept on walking not acknowledging us. The uprise in fentanyl is designed to get people high, addicted, and to kill. Is it morally right to let it happen and watch the inevitable death? Or is it better to revive them and let them live their lives homeless, cold, and miserable life? I don’t want to be scared any more of getting hurt by a random guy high off his rocker when I’m coming home from work.
