Why would a banned customer even wanna go back to the bar they got banned from?

I’ve been to lots of bars and seen people get thrown out, but I never thought much of it since I was a customer.

Now that I’m a bartender though, I’m noticing everything a little more and I can’t understand why a customer thats got a lifetime ban would wanna show their face there again. I would be too embarrassed if I did something bad enough to be banned for life.

At the very least I just wanna understand the logic a little bit for myself. And if it helps me level with assholes like that and get them away peacefully, bonus.
