Connecting Flights LHR > DFW > LAS

I’ve booked flights with AA departing London Heathrow to Vegas with a connecting flight in between at Dallas/Fort Worth, my connection is 1hr 35m.

I’m hoping that is enough time to catch my connecting flight, does anyone know the rigmarole do I have to collect my checked luggage and recheck & do I have to pass security to catch my connecting flight, only ever flew direct before so haven’t had these concerns.
