Mmo like guild wars 2 and mix of elden ring

I have been trying to dive into mmorpg games i loved elden ring But i just dont like that it dosent have any flashy mage spells or “cool” moves that you can do. By this i mean in sekiro everything is fluid and flashy which i do not find in elden ring I recently checked out dragons of dogma 2 gameplay it looks good but reviews dont seem so promising On the other hand guild wars 2 seems good but lacks somewhat is graphics and has this annoying attack points shown on screen

If you have any suggestions that would encompass the open world and in depth like guid wars Some better graphics Fluid and flashy mage spells It would
