Blooded team - Any List and Strategy tips?

I've just recently got into kill team and was wondering what are some tips and tricks for this team? List? What is strong? What is weak? Is it worth taking more troopers or Ogryn and enforcer? Should I take plasma or melta for my gunner? What should my leader's loadout be? What should my playstyle be against Elites vs Horde? Should I be aggressive or boxy? All that good stuff and whatever I missed. :)
