Can automating job applications with tools like Speedy-Apply.com actually improve my chances of landing interviews?
Hi everyone,
I've been actively job hunting for the past few months, mainly applying for marketing and entry-level tech roles. After manually applying to dozens of positions and hearing very little back, I started wondering if there's a better way to streamline the process without sacrificing quality.
I recently came across a tool called Speedy-apply .com that claims to automate job applications by filling out forms, uploading resumes, and even customizing cover letters for each role. It sounds like a huge time saver—but I’m unsure how recruiters might perceive automated applications. Could using a tool like this hurt my chances, or could it actually boost efficiency and help me reach more relevant positions faster?
Has anyone here tried automating their job applications? Did it help you get more callbacks or interviews, or was it more of a scattershot approach with poor results?
Any tips or feedback would be really appreciated. I'm especially interested in hearing from those who’ve used tools like this successfully—or who can share why they chose to stick to manual applications instead.
Thanks in advance!
