Stranded in Tehama County

Could really use some advice today. My wife and I have been homeless since March of last year. While I was in Jail, my lived in a shelter. When I was released, we just started parking where we could in a very small town in Gold Country. Found a nice park to stay at night. Until the locals started to harass us. Shoot I'm a local too. Lol Any ways we were asking family members if they could help. A place to park and squat. One member said sure come on up. We have a place for you. And I humbly admit we were not in our right minds at the time. So we said F it. We out. Took the last of our cash for gas and fluids for the radiator and was gone. Safe trip to the Northern California. We get there. Wow. This town were stuck in is 30 minutes from anywhere. Open grass lands for miles. We fell f on paradise to a dump. The drink got us again. It was a place to park, be safe and recover. Recovery is easy when you are cash strapped. And the nearest market, I laughed at that. Is about a 5 mile walk, as the crows fly. We are really stuck. Out of gas, radiator leaking fluids, battery is dead and in and on it goes. Simply everyone was nice accommodating at first. Then the little cracks in there smiles start to show. There family, what could go wrong. Nickel and dime stuff so far. Not much to worry about. But, getting to the store or anything that has to do with travel is ruff around. We all poor. Getting invited to go to grocery store is nearly impossible. Unless halve of your SNAP goes to use. For the trouble. Funny thing here in the RTR. People travel only with a gallon of gas on them. Mabey two if they splurge a little. Gas out here is about $1.50 more a gallon out here. Gas is way cheaper at the casino. BTW always gas and cash for that trip. Also we have sobber up and got cleaned. Which is hard to do in a place where drugs are easier to get than food. My wife now has stalker. Who is sleeping in the car in front of us. This place. I just started working at the casino. Third day today. Paycheck in two weeks. 😁 I know there going to try to work that out of us two. Being the only one with cash. Tensions keep getting worse. You would think they would kiss our buts to stay. But not so. I'm getting the impression there going to kick us out quick. Everything feels like that's the direction this going. My poor wife, she can't handle stressfull situations, at all. Her mental health is getting compromised daily. We plan on getting out and finding someplace to go around here. I would like to keep the job. So I'm looking for advice on what to do. We're stuck here. Now I hear my wife arguing with her Auntie. Got to go. And thank you ahead of time.
