Looking to add a 3rd subwoofer into a friend's hatch...

Title stated, but we took measurements and a more ideal idea than a 3rd 12 would be a nice 8. That being said, would anyone be interested in trading a brand new, in-box, 12in Sundown E Series v.4 for an 8?
