How do I regain respect for my BF?

I 21M and my boyfriend 23M have been in a relationship for the past year (we live together). I recently asked him to open up because he's not very dominant in bed and rather boring. He insisted he be there if me and another guy play. So recently, how it's gone down was that he would essentially sit in the cuck chair while I get pounded.
