Bursaries/ NAF form

So I’m just clarifying a few things. I am trying to apply for bursaries/ scholarships for Fall this year. I know I need to fill out the NAF form but it’s to my understanding I need to be taking 1.5 credits ( so full time) to possibly receive anything from the school? Idk if I’m just over looking things or oblivious but the bursaries and scholarships application process seems a little jumbled
