Cube Attain c:62 & Stem

Greetings folks!

Is it possible to change Stem on Cube Attain C:62? And what is the default Stem length for size 53?

As I see in the photos, it has internal cable routing. So, I thought that it could be irreplaceable like on Canyon CF bikes.
