Quest showing incorrect completion

I've noticed this possible bug on the new quest system. I have submitted a ticket so hopefully get a answer/fix soon but was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? I have completed week 1 and done 4 of the 5 week 2 quest so that makes 9 in total completed but the completion is showing 7 completed and the same with the new 2v8 quest I've done 3 of the 4 and the completion is showing 1 complete?
