Should I upgrade my 4070ti?

Title basically. I recently got an msi 321urx and I want to push more frames on 4k. I don't want to buy a 5090 so is there anything worth buying that can give me a 30-40% boost on frames? I also have a 5800x3d and 32gbs ram.
