How long does it take to get Badges of Honor as a non-WvW player?

I've been looking at getting Condi gear but it's stupidly over priced on the trade post.

Someone mentioned I can get it cheaper on at the WvW vendor, which is true but it also cost like 400 badges of honor.

I have no interest in being stomped in pvp, that's not my idea of fun so I don't touch pvp. If I did go into WvW to get these badges how quickly could I do it as a bad player? I can't imagine it's quick.
