Game freezing when opening up a chest

I've tried looking through reddit and and the Internet I've only seen clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and leaving the phone on that screen until it just goes through. I really enjoy the game iland only recently started doing this.

I've tried all of these and and still does it(I left the phone on the chest for 45 min and was still frozen). I believe I'm still getting the rewards just very tedious to open a chest, force close the game and restart it.

I'm on a Pixel 9 pro XL

Any help would be very appreciated, thank you!
