Shower head aches?

I’m new to anxiety and have been tested for everything in terms of bloodwork/heart/chest xray. I’ve always had these burning like head aches come and go in certain spots around my head. Today I was taking a shower and I had a spot on my head that felt like it was on fire. Even when I put cold water on it. Then it stopped and happened in another spot in the back of my head and then went away after I got out and cooled down. Anyone have something similar, my doctor always says that anxiety manifests in so many symptoms, but this is a new one for me. I decided to make an appt with a neurologist to get evaluated and establish myself. Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated! Thanks!
