Schengen visa for France

Hello, wanted to share my timelines abt Schengen visa processing. Hoping this might ease some anxiety for folks going through the visa process.

Completed application on Apr 17. TLS appointment in SFO on May 6 Passport reached France consulate/embassy in DC May 8 Got my passport May 13 (Seattle)

Processing was pretty fast. Just one week.

One of my friends had very similar timeline with TLS Houston. Appointment on May 7, got passport back May 13 (Dallas)

Short term visa: got it for ~ 45 days
