U7 pro 2.4g issues solved?

Hi guys, I am look to upgrade two AC PRO's to U7 PRO to work alongside two other 6 PRO's that I upgraded earlier.

I don't want to 'upgrade' to outdated technology, so U7 seems a good option. But I read a lot about instability and 2.4G IoT issues. However the last posts are from about 2-3 months ago. And thereafter it looks quiet.

Does this mean that the issues are fixed and the U7 is a stable platform for IoT devices?
