got a noise complaint for running in a 25sqm apartment.

I moved into a new apartment a month ago and I recently got a noise complaint at 3 am from a very angry security guy, He didn't give me much information, he just said I'm making noise and that I need to be considerate. I was cooking some food at the time and didn't consider that I was making that much noise, but apologised, turned off my stove and went to bed.

Now I've gotten an email from the body corporate saying that I'm making noise for "running, excercising, jumping, cleaning excessively" my apartment is like 25sqm, there isn't enough space to do all of the above even if I tried. The email threatened me with penalties if I keep making noise. The neighbours didn't even try talk to me to see if it was me doing all the jumping and stuff. I'm so confused!

so now I'm stumped, because legitimately I just walk like a regular person, and unless I learn how to levitate to go take a shit or cook, there's no way around getting another complaint. I've been tiptoeing around my apartment because I don't want any penalties, but this is so stupid. I'm too anxious to do anything because I might piss off the neighbours. This is going to be a loooong year.
