Phase #2: Project to analyze and present the hypothetical impact of driverless cars in a select city

Hello BigProject'ers! This project idea received lots of support and we are moving forward to Phase 2. We need to complete the following:

• Define parameters
• Recruit workhorses/leaders
• Select a target city (Atlanta, Portland, Dallas?)
• Plan our next post and steps
