Question about subscription

I didn't find this on the Lone Wolf page and the FAQ is a 404 page, so I'll try here:

If I buy Realmworks for $60 I can activate it with a license key and have cloud service for 6 months. But the shop isn't transparent about what happens then: Do I just lose the cloud capabilities but can continue using it locally? Would I be able to prepare my campaign at home, export the realm, copy it to my friends computer in our gaming lair and import it?

Or would I completely lose access to the program after 6 months?

And how much does it cost to subscribe another 6 months? No price tag in the shop there as well - I assume they want $60 again?

Lots of red flags in regard to transparency here, but if I could buy the software once and use it locally forever I would take it. If they want $10 per month for the rest of my life they can shove their product elsewhere...
