29 f4m feel lonely often and want someone to talk to

I often feel really lonely and I hate it :( I would love to have someone to talk to, especially in the evenings. I haven’t had a genuine good hug in a while and that would be lovely to have too. If anyone would like to just chat and be friends that would be so nice.
