left eyelid twitching for over a week

hello! my left eyelid has been shaking by itself for a lil over a week now. before it was those normal spasm you just get from time to time, but now i've noticed that it only happens when i chew, move my mouth or my left arm in a specific way. im also dealing with a ear problem atm (it's clogged, also the left one), but the eye was twitching before my ear got bad. could they be related? should i be worried?
