does anyone know how to tune my guitar to play always with me always with you?

I've been studying that masterpiece recently, but i noticed that my guitar sounded flat even when it was tuned properly. Yesterday i watched the masterclass about that song and Joe starts saying "that song is a little bit sharp", does anyone know how sharp it is so that i can play it without dying inside?
