How to become more social so I can get people to work with or in my court

Im not very social or good with cues or influencing friends and followings.

Im mostly online and like to think Im fairly intelligent but cursed with inability to work hard to the degree I fantasize about

I want to be more social so I can get friends/coconspirators. I have ideas that MUST come to life but just sharing them online doesnt garner much. I dont know how to bring them to lofe

If I must do all the oqinful hard work then one day after a lot of hemming and hawing I will but todaya request for growth is to make lots of friends who I can call on when I need to make something happen

I might be looking at this wrong but for transactional I will try and help them if my cursed limited skillset enables me to do things

I know this seems strange and maybe a bit psychotic but I want to make changes and do want friends and parties and things to happen.

I promise Im not evil. Im just kinda lonely and dont know how to make things happen and it just drives me mad others are able to be social and know what to talk about
