Bosch fridge service mode codes for B36CL80SNS/04

I have a B36CL80SNS/04 that is acting up - fridge is warm but freezer is cool. Self-test has no errors, running SuperCool works to cool fridge.

When in service mode I want to toggle each component but I can't find the service manual which I assume tells me which numbers map to which parts in the fridge I can turn on/off to test.

If anybody has the service manual or even just the list of menu number to component mapping, that would be super helpful. Thanks!
