[PC] [Early 2000's] Frozen lady

I honestly feel like I'm going insane trying to find this one. I have a somewhat good memory of it and I'm not sure if it's been delisted from whatever website I played it on or what's happened since. I still gotta know it's not made up and that it actually happened.

It was a game that started with this girl, long brown hair I think, falling into cold waters during the winter. The game basically starts within levels. The first level which was the most difficult thing to pass was about taking her out of the ice. With your mouse you had to click around her body without touching her and unfreeze her out of the ice with a laser. Thing was so hard that it was a miracle when my sibling and I managed to pass it one day. The second level you gave her soup, but I think you had to be careful with not burning her? Never made it passed that.
