Need Advice: How to Speed Up My Journey to a Software Testing Job

Hi everyone, I’ve recently enrolled in an offline Software Testing course, but I feel the pace is too slow and I’m eager to land a job as soon as possible. I’m a fresher, and I’m actively working on improving my skills beyond the course.

Could anyone suggest: What specific skills/tools I should focus on to get job-ready faster? thanks
