Confused about Minthara

So for my next run I would like to have Minthara in my party and possibly romance her. But all the mechanics around her are so all over the place. So here are a fe questions:

Can you recruit Minthara while still saving the Grove?

Can you have both halsin and Minthara in your camp at the same time?

If there is a Minthara romance scene in act 1 when you side with the goblins but you can't recruit her before act two. Does the romance still work if you sided with the Grove. (assuming this is possible in the first place)
